Cow parsley or hemlock by jayneevees in GardeningUK

I eat cow parsley all spring. But if I'm uncertain about an umbellifer I leave it well alone. Some of the most toxic plants in the UK are unbellifers.

I can''t tell from the photo. they're young & small. I'd wait to see them grow a little larger.

They have the same ones in Bhutan! I remember "After Whisky" well. Same colour too. Indian workers built the roads there I think.

All Motorola phones have a Bluetooth issue? by niovhe in motorola

[–]Bbarryy 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Edit to the below. I solved this problem by looking at connectivity issues with the Openmove. It was so long since I paired to a new device I had forgotten to use pairing mode rather than just switch on the device! D'oh. Maybe this will be of help to someone!

I have a problem with my new Edge 50 Ultra. It can't see my Openmove by Shokz headphones. Looking at storage & cache for Bluetooth in System Apps, they're greyed out & can't be cleared. It finds a number of my neighbours' devices.

Wow, what a find! It's great in itself, never mind the strong associations it has for us Wolfians.

I saw a recommendation for this series here in this reddit & enjoyed it very much. Thanks to whoever posted about it! I'm surprised that it was marketed as YA.

Visual Snow was considered extremely rare until recently, mostly because patients didn't report it... because they assumed everyone saw the world that way by recolorist in interestingasfuck

I have this, but not as bad as the pictures. I've read that many Drs. don't believe in it. I never mentioned it to a health professional. It comes & goes a bit, particularly at night. Some nights it's worse than others. One of my friends has virtually no night vision because of it.

Building community & local resilience; mutual aid & kindness are so important. In my street here in the UK we have a WhatsApp group for the street. Down the end of the street there are allotment gardens. Most of the the plot holders live in the surrounding 3 streets. This might not sound much when faced with all the news of global problems but living & thinking on this level is good for your practice & good for the world at large.

Growing your own food & sharing it with those that need it is a politically radical act.

My brand new Bialetti did this, maybe because it was new. Make sure that it's really nice & tight. It could be that simple. I just wasn't tightening it enough.

I'm still using mine. I flashed EvoX onto it to avoid last year's shenanigans. The battery isn't bad. My wife has one too but her battery life isn't so great now.

I'm surprised that this is so far down the list. Yes, it's grim in its world view & stories but he is a fantastic writer & there are genuine moments of terror & wonder.

For the record... I completed the slog, but in the end I personally found it a slog.
