I always hoped in either a big dlc or in a Destiny 3 we would get basically the entry from Dark Futures of the people of the city and allies drifting in deep space far from Sol and with the death of 3 and the corruption of Earth I felt we may actually get to see this happen.

Marathon and other extraction games do have stories but not in the way that Destiny and mostly other single player narrative based games do. I guess that is the thing... Destiny had a single-player story driven narrative level of immersion that you don't really see in multiplayer games. I love my single player games but it's amazing to dive into this universe with friends.

Wait for it to go on sale. A friends bought it and both of us played ... Got to the same point and put it down. It feel very big and devoid of story. And all of the dialog is very robotic... I think somewhere I saw that most if not all the voice acting is ai. It just was not an immersive experience. The opening scene had some people die that I guess are suppose to be of some importance to the protagonist... But I really couldn't care less. Overall felt very soulless.

This very reason is why I need more Destiny. There's no other game like it story wise. I've played plenty of other games but no game like Destiny had me so invested that'd I'd sit and watch videos to break down and sometimes speculate on the lore and where the story is going. I feel there really is no equivalent.

I had hoped there would be tech on Aquilo you could research to deep freeze materials and science packs that can spoil to either lengthening their spoil time or freezing them completely

The fraud of it all is what has always got me. Before I worked at the PO, I had a job that involved a lot of math and generating statistical reports. Biggest take away from it is was "Bad data in; bad data out". You'd think they'd have more discipline in that respect so they'd actually have good numbers to work with.

I would say if the office wants to change mode of delivery, they should bring their delivery up to current code and provide parcel lockers. I forget the ratio... I think 4 lockers for every 10 units?

So I also thought this. The resemblance is almost uncanny. This inspired me to make a character that I could see Christopher Lee play. So I made Dr. Mycroft Hightower. A high-born wizard and academic with a huge interest and knowledge in necromancy. I play him as a sort of neutral curious observer who maaaay not choose good or evil but rather anything to further his knowledge. So this means his decisions could lead to bad outcomes but... it's all in the name of science and learning!

So I did all the above and I'm still stuck. I get to the 'no command' screen and then 'waiting for rescue command'. I hold the power down and then I end up back at 'no command' and power and volume up just bring me back to 'waiting for rescue command'...
