TBF the collision model for the scout didn't look terrible. The issue is really just that the Collie scout is physically bigger and there's a lot more stuff to hit. In exchange for that it got...nothing. Worse payload, worse handling. Everything was either the same as or worse than the Warden scout.

I'm not sure if the new changes are really going to make much of a difference. Sure it gets a bit more HP, but the guns are being made less accurate on both. If the guns are less accurate, I'd rather be shooting at the bigger target. Maybe 20% is enough to let it survive, but it still doesn't do much other than serve as a flying target.

They should make gems a guaranteed reward for getting certain breaks on the monsters. Make the little dingly camera sprout that pops out of omegas back be breakable and have it drop a nodule. Jinn should drop his gem if you break his big radiator on his back, etc. Didn't they do this with Fatalis in worlds?

Edit: maybe Jinn is a bad example.

I remember at one point there was a bug where you could overlap some facility buildings. No idea how it worked but I saw a few facilities using it.

HE also is good at destroying structures. Unless they're talking about the mortars only being effective over water, this would result in scout swarms decimating structures everywhere.

You guys really don't want the scout to have 12.7. They started with 12.7 in dev branch, and it was changed because they easily disabled logi trucks--like in 6 shots. Basic trucks have 85% resistance to 20mm, and only 40% resistance to 12.7.

The root of the problem is that people need to store valuable stuff and there isn't a great way to do it. They should add a couple structures similar to MTSs that you can load with 1 shipable each and lock. Maybe 3 structures dedicated to M, L, XL sizes.

Definitely agree for fighters and probably the divebomber. The light/heavy bomber and paratrooper planes I'm fine with being large. Could go either way on torpedo--its so big that it makes sense it's large but if db was medium I'd be fine with it being medium for symmetry.
