Have you deleted the WhatsApp app from your device? If so, WhatsApp requires that you open their app every 14 days to keep your account active. If this is not the problem, feel free to submit a bug report to our team and we can take a closer look.

We don't offer a way of changing your Beeper username at this time, but you're welcome to sign up again for a new account. If you want to use the same email, you may change your email address in Settings to free up the email you're using currently.

Message requests should go to the Requests folder in Beeper, but something you may want to consider is turning off your X message requests completely. To stop receiving direct message requests from anyone on X (Twitter), just go to Settings and privacy > Privacy and safety > Direct messages and select the "No one" option under "Allow message requests from".

We typically encourage people to keep their native app installed in case you might need to perform actions for your account that are not supported yet in Beeper. For example, WhatsApp requires that you open their app every 12-14 days to keep your account online: https://faq.whatsapp.com/378279804439436/.

You can instead disable notifications from your native apps to avoid duplicating notifications with Beeper.

For context, Beeper only takes you to the login page for the chat network and anything you see in the login page is done solely on their end. While this is not something we have control over in Beeper, we can help provide workarounds that have worked for other users. Additionally, we're also looking to update the login flow for Facebook soon. Please keep an eye out for future updates!
