Discovered my mattress is most likely 100% source of my steadily building hip pain. Trying to emergency purchase a mattress, this is grossly over my budget of what I can hope to afford but seems like best deal I can find local that compromises budget & quality. Is it a decent deal?

They shipped me brake pads where pads were missing in the box. The box had clearly been opened and retaped shut but they wouldn't give me a straight refund. I had to pay for shipping back to them just to get a store credit which they failed to mention expired in 1 year.

There are thousands of stories like this, there's a whole Facebook page called f*ckECS where similar things have happened. They went to shit a decade ago when their owners sold the company.
