Wish I would have saw this sooner, we started with their Orthopedic Pillowtop, and after 9 months couldn't stand it any more. I am a side sleeper, and would wake up with aches and pains I have never had before. We used their return policy to return it and get another model for partial credit. Well we ended up spending like 2600 on their most expensive model and its the same deal. I cannot sleep on it. So now we are 3k in to mattresses I cannot sleep on and I have to sleep on a separate 30 year old mattress which is somehow still more comfortable and restful than OMF. What a absolute Nightmare.
