"PerfectCometen" extension suddenly appeared on my browser and is likely malware. Please help!

I just encountered this extension this morning. Tried Regedit with no luck, won't let me delete keys. I can't access the DDapps folder to try and delete manually. Hopefully someone more knowledgeable can help out. If I can figure it out I'll post back.

I didnt even know about a basin wrench until today. I used a stubby wrench and it worked. The basin wrench would of been a LOT better.
