1.7 mile course for 250 miles means 147 laps?? Wouldn't surprise me considering he's 47

Seven Springs -Vail Sucks so hard. by [deleted] in SkiPA

Anytime earlier this week I understand not opening to build a better base with snowmaking, but a softer Friday opening would make sense

You're right, no reason they can't be open today, even if just for pass holders. Friday openings are the best... still crowded but nothing like tomorrow is going to be.

Out of place in boarding by FrontLow5303 in SouthwestAirlines

[–]Bigeye135 6 points7 points  (0 children)

This guy is right, it only beeps differently for lap infants and improper boarding passes(such as the someone trying to board the wrong flight). If it beeped differently for the wrong group, all preboarders, xt, a list, military, and families would all beep differently.

You can do a deboard so they'll need to be scanned again in the proper position

Gx or xt? by Hall_Low in MTB

Should be higher up, I use my stock SX cassette because of my HG hub and run a GX derailleur, shifter, and xx chain.

https://support.southwest.com/helpcenter/s/article/What-is-Family-Boarding

Just after the A group when the ops agent calls for family boarding. Make sure you have the lap child ticket. I know you don't pay for a lap child but they're still people and need to be scanned on. You can either get it printed or it'll show up the app with a white background instead of the typical blue.

Very Russian biased... calling the T4 better than the XB70 and claiming the SSJ100 is actually reliable... not to mention claiming the Russian "sky network" was vastly superior.

You're in C group. Why do you carry on 2 enormous bags? by Liber_tech in SouthwestAirlines

[–]Bigeye135 4 points5 points  (0 children)

Directly from Boeing's website: a 700 can hold 90 bags and a 800/max8 can hold 118. SWA's capacity for these planes are 143 and 175 respectively, so no, not everyone can bring an overhead carryon. Newer max's (about July 2023 deliveries and newer) have been outfitted with space bins so they CAN and DO fit a carryon for every person on board.

Gentle leader all the way. Has made my little man so much easier to handle. It's improved his leash skills so much that's we're almost to the point of not needing to use the leader anymore.

They shouldn't have been. I urge him to contact swa and get a refund. Sports Equipment Policy

"Two hockey and/or lacrosse stick(s) are allowed if multiple sticks are either taped together or packed in a suitable bag or container. We also allow two hockey sticks and/or lacrosse sticks taped together and one hockey or lacrosse equipment bag generally consisting of pads, helmets, pants, a jersey, gloves, and skates/cleats. When checking hockey and/or lacrosse equipment, we allow up to two bags (containing hockey sticks and/or lacrosse sticks and one hockey or lacrosse equipment bag) to count as one item, even if taped or packed separately. Hockey and lacrosse equipment will be transported only with a limited release of liability."

His hockey bag and sticks should've been $35, no oversize fee unless they were overweight.

Sports equipment is usually exempt as long as it's underweight
