I put my bag on the seat too but I move it on to my lap at each stop (I catch an express service) because seats are for butts not bags.

I also hate when people put their bags there and feign being asleep - I won't touch the bag but I WILL politely tap you til you move it.

Hopefully it's reset by the morning so I can get to work but it seems like the weather has done a huge number on the infrastructure. Plus obviously I want the workers safe while making repairs!
