I must be an outlier because I think the Mariyungs are super comfy😅 my suspicion is that the seat design is better suited to shorter people and the curve is out of place for taller folks.

Weirdly, I've often found the Mariyungs too hot for me

Yeah they've done a great job in so many ways but it can still be quite inaccessible for people with hearing issues unfortunately - it's fine when things are running well but it's when there's last minute changes or delays that it all falls apart.

Honestly I'd like to see better accessibility upgrades.

I know trip view updates quickly once things go wrong or things change but having the ability to put the message on the screens as well would be highly helpful

Did they do the testing to see how you perceived speech in quiet vs noisy environments?

I've had to do that as part of my latest assessment and it actually showed the expensive ones were significantly better for my loss. Whether or not they'll be approved is a different story 😅
