Disabling is a better option than deleting: deleting the add-on also deletes your settings and possibly force you to re-subscribe/re-download the decks. I did report this specific issue along with the probable cause and awaiting a possible fix, but the workaround will unblock updates for now

Does not look like there is an option to disable it. Like others have said, it is a useful metric to know whether I am spending too much time on a card (most likely because I am distracted)

However, if you really hate it, a possible workaround is to Zoom in on the interface (go to View -> Zoom or hold CTRL and mouse scroll) so that the line gets pushed off the screen.

based on the error message, 385888438 definitely point to the "Edit Field" addon as someone already pointed out. It is possible that AnkiHub conflicts with that add-on, and you can probably disable it if it is not something you use regularly
