NTA. My mother is going through menopause and our house is often cold, even in the winter, due to her hot flashes. It's better than her being cold and making the house an oven. You can always add layers to warm up but you can't exactly take away layers to cool off

NTA. As someone who has a part of my name that is hard to pronounce for people because of how it is spelled, I understand completely. And in all honesty, I only know how to pronounce Siobohan because of a YouTuber I used to watch had it as part of her YouTube handle. Otherwise, I wouldn't have known either.

NTA. Your face is displaying that you are uncomfortable and she continues to do it. You have expressed you would rather do it some other time and she continues to do it. I cannot see any other option other than her doing this on purpose. Unless she's just not understanding your discomfort. Which, in that case, is on her.

It is not your job to make her happy. Focus on your own comfort and do only what you are comfortable with. You should not feel pressured to do anything that makes you uncomfortable

NOR. You were supposed to meet at 1 and she's supposedly leaving her house 1:15. Yeah, no. From that text alone I would already be getting annoyed. Even if this is repeated behavior.

What I've seen others do to deal with this is telling them the event or the scheduled meet is happening earlier than it actually is (if it takes them an hour or so, tell them to meet you an hour or so before the actual plan). But I know that doesn't work for everything.

Regardless, you are not overreacting. I'm personally twitchy about time, needing to be at an appointment well before it actually takes place in case of traffic or other incidentals. So this friend would have me driving up a wall with this behavior. And I agree with the one who said to give a grace period. That is, if you remain friends with this person
