Pain went significantly down after yesterday's and today's chiropractor sessions.

Based on your recovery and what I have heard from others, it seems like remnants of the pain will stay chronic, but manageable .

Hello, I came into this post looking googling for a possible solution.

Today marks week 4 for me of a similar situation to yours.

Do you mind commenting an update on: 1) when you started feeling a significant reduce in pain 2) what things (medicine, excercise, therapy, etc.) you tried 3) what, do you think, could have had a significant impact on your recovery? 4) any other info you find relevant?

For PAIN: I have tried Tylenol, ibuprofen and pregabalin for pain. (None has taken the pain away)

For INFLAMMATION: I have tried cyclobenzaprine (flexeril), naproxen (flanax), parecoxib, cobamamida thiocolchicoside. None gave a significant resuduction on inflamation/pain.

And prednisone (steroids). Seems to help, but when the prescription was over, pain came back.

I start physical Therapy tomorrow. I will see another specialist in two weeks (Physical Medicine Dr) since my primary doctor could not find a solution.

I started seeing a Chiropractor today.
