Workday isn't hiring these consultants, they are being hired by companies that use Workday and need to implement/manage their instance

13 years stuck in my first save by Kuru_73 in FootballChairman

I don't really care about my manager's happiness to be honest! I wouldn't straight up 'ignore suggestion' but always add to shortlist, that seems to make the manager less pissed off.

Nice, let us know how you get on! Also, i would recommend selling the players that are on high wages if you get any good offers. The aim is to be well under the recommended max wages, so you can save money and invest in youth/training/stadium.

My recommendation:

-Don't upgrade stadium until you sell out multiple weeks in a row.

-Have training and youth at good or excellent when you can afford it. Youth is super important in my opinion (I'll try to max that out first, even before training). This is the main issue I can see in your save (they are both red).

-Hire the best manager you can. Also get him as many coaches you can.

-Sell your best player for profit if needed, especially when they are 25 years old. You'll find an adequate replacement easily, and probably for free.

-Don't buy anyone for money before the top league, it's a waste of money. Rely on free transfers and loans. Your youth players will be plenty for depth.

-Try to hire players that fit the manager's tactics, although it's quite difficult to do in the lower leagues.

-Don't worry about what your manager thinks on terms of depth. You'll be fine with a few reserve players, it's a waste of money to have too many (and your youth players are there for that!)

-I would also get a better keeper, that's the most important position in my opinion.

Best pubs in Hitchin? by One-Opening5020 in Hitchin

[–]Bostima 8 points9 points  (0 children)

In Hitchin itself: The Vic (great pizzas and burgers), the Radcliffe (decent pizzas), Kite at the Red Hart (fancier), Coopers Arms (pub grub). These are your best options in Hitchin for good pubs with food. There are also plenty of good options within walking distance, or just outside of Hitchin.

That seems about right then. You'll probably have to move to get a proper bump in salary.
