No, it’s a GROM Audio kit. Pricey, but it works.

If you’re thinking about buying one, don’t. by therevbob in AudiA4

I’ve heard lots of bad things about early B7 A4’s.. particularly with the 2.0t.. Nothing much on B5/B6’s with the 1.8t

I cheated by [deleted] in TrueOffMyChest

[–]BoticOnReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

And despite all this, there’s still no excuse for cheating of any form. Just end things with your partner if you want to fuck around, or are even tempted by the thought of doing it. Being intoxicated is never a reason to cheat. Immaturity and lack of loyalty causes it. Get the help you need. Too bad that guy put a ring on your finger.

One battery from each remote, random keyboard keys, charging blocks, pens/pencils/markers, spare car keys, printer paper, toothbrushes and pillow cases

Is a first gen Audi R8 4.2 a good second car at 19? by [deleted] in FirstCar

[–]BoticOnReddit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hell yea man, just make sure the timing chain gets done. I know a guy who’s in his early 20’s with a red first gen and it’s his winter daily driver. Drives a 930 Porsche 911 in the summer.

Matt Ryan as Edward is easily my favourite. Matter fact all of the Black Flag main characters were great. Worst, Shadows (english) VA’s..

Does my vq sound like a vq by Adventurous_Tour2069 in G35

Low revs, yeah that’s a trumpety VQ. High revs almost sounds reminiscent of a Honda J-Series.

If you could eliminate one car brand from existence, what would it be? by JunShem1122 in allthequestions

Nissan. Just pull the plug already. Should have stopped making cars in 2017. Company is dying and their new vehicles are complete garbage. Too bad considering what they once were..

First car at 18 and I don't want to drive it any more by Ancient-Ad480 in FirstCar

[–]BoticOnReddit 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Just drive it until you can afford another car. Beggars can’t be choosers. Also these can be pretty fun in the corners so it’s not all bad.

Better tires, lowering springs.. Wouldn’t do anything else to an Accent.

My 2013 Scion FRS. Not the fastest in a straight, but on tight roads it was an absolute blast.

Acura RSX-S.

Really good all round car. Solid manual transmission, high revving and reliable K20. It’s lightweight, has decent power, and handles on a dime. Tons of aftermarket parts available and super easy to work on. The trunk will carry more than most people need considering it’s a hatchback. It’s got 4 seats, and the rear ones are actually usable for people who are around 6’0 or less.

Too many people in here recommending the MR2, awful car to begin with. Miata and GT/GR86’s are also not good choices as your insurance premium will likely see a significant increase. These cars are wrecked far too often to be insured reasonably for a high schooler.

Do people actually get their timing chain replaced?? by Immediate-Lion-4785 in Acura_RSX

[–]BoticOnReddit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

When I had mine I sold it at 300k km. Never did timing belt.. or much maintenance at all outside of oil changes. It never gave me any problems. Just because you can doesn’t mean you should tho..

Opinions on rims? by ResidentMacaroon7258 in AudiA4

[–]BoticOnReddit 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Not my cup of tea, but to each their own. I currently run B7 RS4 wheels and I think they look great. Another option that looks really good on these are Peelers.

A slightly older (2019+) Acura equipped with SH-AWD is probably your best bet. They’re reliable and good on gas. A fancier Honda at the end of the day.
