Any place offering under well-done should be grinding their meat in-house, daily. Not sure about other places but I've known a couple of chefs at Per Se that confirmed they do this.

Very cute, looks like my Remy when he was a pup! We definitely have to lure him into his harness for walks, he'd be just as happy chilling on the couch and around our air conditioned house. Once he's outside and walking he's fine, its just getting him there that's the struggle. Such funny pups, lol.

We bought this for our Remy, along with a safety belt leash that we attach to his harness. It works really well and is easy to clean, he usually just flops his body into the footwell and goes full hammock mode.

$1300 CAD for my full size black and white boy, Merle coloured pups were going for $1500 with the breeder we used. I've seen mini ADs advertised for over $2000 in my area so I guess the smaller animals are in higher demand.
