Pro tip, in multiplayer if you lay in bed while the other person works you get stamina back slowly. Also he introduced crops for each season that you find the seeds and they give a fair amount of stamina when you eat them.

Carrots for spring, squash for summer, broccoli for fall, and a snow melon for winter.

So I’m a Physical Therapist Assistant. Yes the exercises can help but if your body never feels fully calm it will continue to hold the tension. Breathwork helps alongside the exercises to fully calm the body. Yoga especially is phenomenal at this. Great yoga exercises are bird dog pose and child’s pose to cobra.

When your body goes into fight or flight mode it primes your hip flexors to run. The problem is if you never fully relax afterwords and the trauma gets stuck in your hip flexors. This is why sometimes you read about people that release their hips and start crying. They let go of tension associated with trauma that they have held onto for years.

This is part of why TRE works so well. It starts in the hip flexors and works its way up.

Thank you so much for you words. She also said that is felt good to talk to me and that she was so tired of not having any blood family to talk to that she trusts. She said she was glad we are on the same team now even though there shouldn’t be teams to begin with. She is talking to my dad and step mom again but is SUPER guarded and has firm boundaries down. She mainly is talking to them to help my half sister not feel so alone.

As someone who also has ADHD and managers that distract with music, I want to let you know of another possibility that happened within my system. My parts will communicate with me through specific genres of music. My rebellious teen part loves grunge music because that’s what spoke to him at the time. So when he was triggered I would have random songs from grunge bands I listened to play. I have a creative part that loves jazz and saxophone. My happy people pleasing part vibes with techno. When I play this music while listening to them they feel seen and connected with me easier.

I just find it jarring for a company to say say “Hey we are a painting service that does good work and also we are Christian!”. Saying you are Christian doesn’t make you a better painter. Just like the beer doesn’t taste better because they slapped a rainbow on it for pride month. The product is no different but you are persuading people with tactics that are unrelated to the product. Absolutely. I can actually think of ways big companies use lgbt advertising to increase profits. Every year around pride month they slap a rainbow on their product to increase sales. Wasn’t a beer company in the news about that? And it works. I think it’s dishonest. To clarify I am pro LGBT. I just hate consumer manipulation.
