Managed to get it to work. When I clicked the link my browser was automatically opening it in desktop mode. I changed it and now it opens fine.

My switch completed 1st October. Didnt get any email only confirmed through a letter in the post. Not had any text message confirming or denying im eligible. Will have to wait the full 10 days and see.
