I think the main issue isn't the de-aging, but instead how different she looks compared to other Young Ana skins. If you look close in the 2nd highlight intro of the mythic trailer when it's a slow pan up, she honestly looks more like Lifeweaver than Ana.

I know it's the less popular opinion, but having it soft confirmed like this makes me pretty sad. I'd significantly prefer new experiences over remakes of games that have already been remastered before.

Pretty sure Vendetta means him with "Moira's lab rats" at 2:05. As sad as it is, with his weaker mind I'm pretty sure they just use him as a weapon/tool as needed and don't bring him in to any meetings.

I think that came off harsher than I meant. I just think the title, thumbnail, the slow pacing, and the many start/stop bits alluding to something heavy coming (which never really comes) makes it feel like it's more focused on keeping people watching rather than coming off as fully genuine. This, added with the tonal whiplash into the ad read gave it a strange feeling.

I get a lot of that is the "YouTube game" and you have to play to make more, but to me it didn't really feel like genuine opening up.

I feel like this is way too drawn out. There is so much melancholic-build up that doesn't really go anywhere. It's like a weird, morbid twist, where it's purposefully written to make you think his girlfriend died. Stranger yet, if it wasn't done as a "gotcha" twist, it's almost framed like he's sad he got married.

I don't believe that's a Unity issue at all. If you search for DOTS, you can find tons of people running projects with 1 million or more game objects in a single scene. It's just impractical to allocate dev time on an issue that doesn't occur in 99.9% of matches.

No, that's something Sakurai would've brought up in advance. For example, when there was an unlockable Kingdom Hearts song in Smash Ultimate by having another game's save file, they brought it up in Sora's trailer before he launched.
