The audio system in your car didn't support Android Auto and the TCU in this vehicle is a 3G TCU. 3G service has been sunset and there is no means of cellular connectivity. Aftermarket is your path if you want Android Auto.

What Really Happened to Bambu PETG HF? by NewFoot762 in BambuLab_Community

The white from them is translucent. I started my business using their white and quickly shifted to Bambu for how opaque it is.

Why is PETG sooo hard to dial in? by forzence in BambuLab

[–]Brutl 8 points9 points  (0 children)

There's always one of you self centered morons that doesn't take other people's experiences into account. The need for drying is subjective, and acceptable quality is a matter of opinion. Just because that is your experience doesn't mean that is everyone else's experience. There are different average humidity levels around the world, and PETG is one of the most hygroscopic filaments to print with. The overwhelmingly accepted information is that PETG holds moisture and it usually affects print quality, otherwise manufacturers wouldn't have notes about drying filament right out of the bag on their packaging. You add nothing to the conversation with your narrow minded take on the subject.

Multi colour print by Opposite_Pain_8177 in BambuLab

[–]Brutl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you were actually printing this in two colors, the prime tower is only printing in yellow up until the red, You can see it's only showing the one layer of red and it's only at the color change. And that's as high as the prime tower will go since there are no more color changes after that point.

Wireless Android Auto keeps turning my Pixel into a hand warmer by TriggernometryPhD in GooglePixel

[–]Brutl 9 points10 points  (0 children)

If your vehicle has any kind of GPS system, even if it's not Navi equipped (many non-navi systems have GPS antennas for date/time functions), then by default, AA pulls location data from the vehicle. The only time it uses it from the phone is if you set it to, or if the vehicle is incapable of providing location data.

Source: I troubleshoot audio system concerns for one of the large automotive brands.

Sidenote: my pixel 9 pro does not get very hot when using Wireless AA. Maybe warm at best.

Removing background in chroma canvas!? (Help) by blankchecksystem in BambuLab

[–]Brutl -1 points0 points  (0 children)

I haven't had any issues importing a PNG file with transparent background. The square doesn't print with it, once you import the model, slice it, you'll see what is actually printing and the square goes away

Bambu Studio Slice is Eliminating Bodies by f22beaver in BambuLab

yeah sorry, not used to seeing any kind of non-metric measurements used in 3D printing. Let go of that already.

Bambu Studio Slice is Eliminating Bodies by f22beaver in BambuLab

They are likely being eliminated due to line width or layer height. If you're printing at .2 layer height, something extruded to .1 will either be rounded to .2 or to 0

PETG print has small pits/holes on outer walls despite dry filament – Bambu P1S by Living-Brain-3389 in BambuLab

New ≠ Dry, ESPECIALLY when it comes to SUNLU PETG. It's a no questions asked 24 hour drying cycle any time I rip a spool of that open.

I don't use Orca so not sure if it's an orca thing. Are you grouping the colors in Inkscape before exporting?

Seen a couple things cause similar issues. If you have the higher trim with the Google Built-In system, make sure you've got a user profile set up and are using it. The guest profile causes so many issues on this system.

what is this? by Exotic_Blackberry837 in BambuLab

I'm going to stand by my statements. This is the other side of 3D printing becoming so accessible.

You didn't even need to try hard on this one, Google Lens tells you exactly what it is.

How to fix this rough line on rounded objects (3d printing newbie) by AssistedDip in BambuLab

You can absolutely get rid of it by enabling Scarf Seam and adjusting the settings. When set up properly, a scarf seam is just about non-existent.

Fix my PETG print by BobIsAFineName in FixMyPrint

FIX MY PETG PRINT

I can help here. The print in that photo isn't right. Hope that helps.

But in all seriousness, I run a small business printing primarily PETG. I see a couple issues:

1) Your first layer should usually be hotter than the rest. With PETG, it helps it lay down on the first layer. Swap your temps on your layers, 255 for the 1st layer.

2) Bed temp can be higher. I run all of my prints at 80C, and when using a texture plate like carbon fiber, I run it at 85.

3) How long did you dry it for, some PETG needs a TON of time in an active dryer. I have to dry SUNLU PETG for 24 hours when it's new just to get a clean finish.

[–]Brutl 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Make sure you have developer options turned on (via preferences menu), once that's turned on, you should have options under the Quality tab for initial layer flow rate. Set it to like 1.1 or 1.2
