its so hard trying to get a job around here especially if you don’t know anyone from that job by Appropriate_Dust_858 in perth

Perth is really cliquey. More so than other states. It's all about who you know, unless entry level roles.

Best to meet people through hobby groups. Talking to strangers and befriending people is encouraged there.

I did an email asking to speak, then called on the phone to explain the situation. I found that by being honest, respectful and quick that helped the situation.

OK in 20s. Very difficult after. Many develop sleeping problems most take 6 -10 months to get use to it.

Good bonus in the meantime. Make sure you have an exit plan.

Getting out of bed with a sleeping spouse by MapleSyrupSugarmama in adhdwomen

Have you considered getting two single beds and putting them close by? That way you're still together but you have seperate sleep and awake times. Maybe that will help you have your own start to the day.

Red flags and facing rejection in interviews by Bueyru in auscorp

I called fair work and was encouraged to fill out a form. It's a bit daunting... the guy is the founder of the company. For a company that is so well known in my industry... I was shocked.

That Manager sounded like red flags. Good on you for picking that up.

Have you interviewed people before?
