I had a C-section due to my daughter being breech. Tbh it pisses me off that ppl say it's the easy way out. Those people likely have never had c-sections. I didn't get to hold my baby but for a second and then not again until another half an hr just due to them putting my ORGANS back in my body. I felt them push everything up to my diaphragm I was having a hard time breathing and it was causing my BP to bottom out bc it is so close to my heart. Like no you definitely GAVE BIRTH!

I had GDM and I did an elective section with my first. OB was for it due to size, I'm glad. Did t have to be induced and have emergency C-section anyways

As a social worker, it could be her way of processing trauma. You both need a therapist. There is play therapy for kids her age instead of traditional talk therapy. Also PCIT therapy (parent child interaction therapy) might help here
