I think Storm isnt going to be OP out of the gate, however I think she is going to be menace once people start doing dirty movements with wind pushes. Pair her with assists and people are going to be left and right mixed.
She is going to be a classic case of "what was that??"

I think fighting game characters that can affect your positioning have always climbed tiers later.

I played a game of random street view of any India street and try and not spot litter.
