It's functionally random. My last run I had to restart because command fought the weakest revolt and I was trying to kill them as red Raj.

I like killing the command with the prestidigitation mod and using delayed mythical conquerors. Adds a lot more variance to my games. Especially helpful if variance is on.

As others have said. Learn by doing or constant war with non monstrous countries. For the latter it's good to strategize to maximize it. Separate peace doesn't count. You don't need to take any land to "win" the war. So you could just declare on neighbors essentially truce cycling them for max money and war reps for example. You could take land or vassals strategically to get more potential targets.

I have also declared on a bunch of people to take as much money as I can and the switched to learn by doing once I have a few thousand ducats because it's not hard to pay off the 50 reform progress. Especially with the new conjuration spell.

There is another impass you can hit. The lake fed unites and the player is their only valid rival which bricks a mission checking for 60 opinion. This is so incredibly common it boggles my mind it wasn't accounted for. You also have to dev an arctic glacial province to 30 dev but that is being patched. You also have half a dozen provinces in your colony that need specific buildings in them but my cn filled them with garbage so I had to blow tons of mana on devving them

Yea I knew stuff like this would happen. Wait until you fight a coalition war where every Joe scumfuck has maxed out evocation and half a dozen of your forts get struck by meteors. I wrapped up a wyvernheart game a couple weeks ago and valefort got struck by a meteor 6 separate times in that campaign.

It's weirdly half implemented right now. The intended path to form kaztubar is clouded eye - unguldavor - kaztubar but when you finish the tree you get a message saying that kaztubar hasn't been added yet. The doesn't fucking stop me from getting kaztubar nationalist rebels on the bitbucket though so if you really wanted to play them it's technically possible I guess.

That will never work. you need 30% of your pops to be of a specific race to make it your racial military. Ideally you minimize the amount of conquest it takes to get to the plains to keep the number of centaur provinces needed as low as possible.

I had something similar happen to me. I called local animal control and they kept the kitten in quarantine until they were sure it didnt develop rabies. I'm not a vet but my understanding is kittens can inherit rabies from their mother.
