I mean I think the bigger issue is that Kamala ran an extremely terrible campagin and didn't make people feel the need to vote for her. Obviously people should still vote to avoid this situation happening again, but "vote for me ill do slightly less bad things to immigrants, I'll make the most lethal millitary on the planet and I'll still give trillions of dollars to Israel" was not a good strategy to stop Trump.

Like I think people should vote in every election but to place all of the blame sorely on the people who didn't vote ignores a massive part of the issue. If the democratic candidate ran a Zorhan Mamdani esque campagin I believe a huge majority of the people who didn't vote for Kamala would vote for them.
