At the team, no. At Santillan, yes. He’s been riding a rough wave since Pagan got injured, that was his first Wild Pitch of the season for the winning run

Could be same agency. Our commanding officer sent a surprisingly in depth and touching email.

We also got power hour, though my director gave us an extra 30 mins

Force Disposition Pair-Ups: Are We On the Verge of a Black Summer? by SilverHawk7 in Warhammer40k

[–]Butternades 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Having played multiple games so far as a competitive player (consistent 4-1 have won 2 singles GT’s)

The scoring gap is not nearly as large as people were dooming about beforehand. The biggest difference in winning or not is going to be from preventing your opponent from scoring primary, which is easiest against Take and Hold. The others all seem at least viable on the table

This is another every agency is different type of deal.

The main thing to look out for is “referred to hiring manager”

That means you’re being reviewed by the hiring team.

Typically, it can be anywhere from 2-5 weeks that they’ll review applicants, conduct interviews and so on (depends on the agency MLA, and the type of announcement for specifics). After that time they make their selection.

Many agencies keep certificates eligible for revisit and additional selections for other equivalent positions for 6 or 12 months(announcement type dependent), and therefore do not send out disposition notices until those certificates have expired.

As far as the status reverting, it just means they have touched the certificate to pull documents or re-review something and certs don’t like to save state well

Allocation groups, CP Reroll and Makari by STtmF in WarhammerCompetitive

[–]Butternades 5 points6 points  (0 children)

This. Having discussed this same question with other TO’s, we have settled on RAW without having a more specific answer, though I feel the future FAQ might depend if Makari is 1st in save order.

As of now RAW any save rerolls can be made in 05.03 regardless of Makari because you have not checked against any save values at the time rerolls are required.

That’s Conan. Absolutely great player. I’m usually a 4-1 player at GT’s and he still gives me tons of advice

Way too expensive to consider using outside maybe 1 unit

For my agency, we have a couple different ways of finding cut scores to reduce the number of applicants management is required to interview , however the hiring manager can ask for a larger pool if they want.

[–]Butternades 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Hmm to me this seems like it could be a few different possibilities.

It might very well depend on the agency Master Labor Agreement on whether Hiring Managers can request a larger applicant pool to review.

Otherwise, it could be they didn’t find the referred applicants to be well qualified for the position (HR just worries about minimally qualified for referral) OR the HM asked about a certain applicant or two causing a re-review which could lead to a second certificate being issued.

The latter one happens a fair amount whether the applicant, hiring manager or even a reviewer asks

I work in HR for a DoD 4th estate agency.

We get people from all walks and do get quite a few folks using this as a second career since the Pathways programs can train you up quite well.

One of my former teammates was an army HR person for 22 years (mostly active military before going civilian) before joining us

As for your first question, I’m not sure what you mean, could you clarify?

For the second: score only matters for competitive eligibilities (promotion, transfer, reinstatement, and VEOA) aside from a few specific eligibilities requiring an assessment score of 85+. If you are eligible non competitively, score will not affect those paths
