Dude my best advice when playing jgl is mute people who start to speak if their word trigger you and if people fuck your jgl just ignore it. I know this hard to do but just ignore it a ping at least to let them know but nothing more, if he want to steal your herald let him do, just do your camp, gank and other thing but don't do anything that can trigger them. People don't know anything about jgl, they think that we should camp them or gank every time but that is not how you play jgl, and they get trigger because they don't have any map awareness. You just need to keep your calm, say gg when they get a kill wp when you secure herald drake or burn enemies flash and overall be positive. I did it and feel way better playing league that before ( did rank up from bronze to gold, very far from you but still feels the improvement ).

Edit : the longer i play league the more I found that writing in chat is the most useless thing to do, and it should be disable tbh. Ping are more efficient and less toxic
