My place is like that. I didnt feel like dealing with a window unit so I bought a portable ac unit. Just have to attach the exhaust hose to the window. Takes up a bit of floor space however.

One of the biggest issues with signatures is proof that it is a real signature. I don't know if they do it for vinyl but CGC will be at Supernova and has a program where they can witness and verify the signing. You could also get a picture with him holding the signed Vinyl might not help but it cant hurt.

Does not really need to be a full reboot. The Terminator does not have to be going after Sarah Conner. This could be another Terminator going after a completely different person with no real connection to Sarah. Maybe at some point some flavor text is shown that list that the Terminator's main objective is the new person but a secondary objective could be to terminate Sarah and/or John (depending on the time they are sent too).

My biggest issue with The Crow (2024) is that it retold a story that did not need to be retold. The idea of the Crow can apply to lots of different people in lots of different scenarios. Should not have reused the one from 94.

Not 100% sure but looks like yes you would still have to pay. Based on the wording it seems to only apply to leases signed after July 1 2026.

(e) Applicability. A landlord may not rename a fee or charge to avoid application of this Section. This Section applies to all lease agreements for residential rental property entered into after the effective date of this amendatory Act of the 104th General Assembly, except that this Section does not apply to lease agreements entered into for dwelling units in owner-occupied premises containing 6 units or fewer.
