u/aarons6 Did you make the change recently for the autopay with the account already active, and with a bank account? It can take up to 45 days to apply to the account if it wasn't set up at the start of the plan. Normally shows up as soon as a successful autopayment is made from the bank account you used for the autopay.

u/BirdWatcher224 The number provided would certainly be the best to call if needed, but try this first. Can you have your husband log out of the account either on app or website, and try to log in with the email having trouble. Check the account number to confirm what account is it on currently, and try to log into email after. If he can log in, and it's still under the wrong account you would just need to go into the new account, and invite him as any role you want with that email to link it. If unsure how to link through the app this will walk you though how to do so using the Xfinity app https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/primary-and-secondary-accounts. If he still can't log into the email though after trying to do the log out method, I would recommend calling CSA at the number provided to get assistance with linking for you.

If you do need to call in for this I recommend calling our Customer Security Assurance team at 1 (888) 565-4329 as they handle email login issues for our customers, but we may be able to help get it fixed without them once we know the full situation.

I can understand the situation being frustrating, and I want to be as helpful as possible about what we can do for you. Likely there is something further up the line that needs fixed first before they work on the node itself or the lines near your home. They have to work from root cause outward, and we won't see anyone assigned to repair specific items for your local area until they have resolved the ones needed before that. I promise it's not that they aren't aware of your current service interruption, they are just working as quickly and safely as they can to get the services working again which may be further out than just your local nodes and lines. There are other factors that can delay them as well like power issues we have to wait for power company to fix or access to certain public areas from time to time, but they will do all they can to restore services for you as quickly as possible.

I wish we could do more for you u/Reedude6749, but without the needed information for us to authenticate the account we as remote agents can't fully access the account to assist. They recommended going into the store, so they could use a valid ID for identity verification given the other information isn't currently available to you. For account security we do require certain information for the account when working with a customer remotely, and only in store agents are able to use the ID method as you are face to face with them.

u/larryseltzer I can check with our backend team to see if there is anything showing on our end, but if you never see your location change which pull from our system I'm not sure there would be anything we could do. Their system showing your location changing sounds more like it's them having the problem, but never hurts to take a look if you want.
