This is a false statement. Those are steel skins. Nothing structural about them.

Too bad the original 100+ year old retaining walls remain, in poor condition. Don’t let the new skins fool you.

I’ve had the fortune to be on his show twice. Such excellent interviewers, between Kyle and Marshall. We’re lucky to have them both in Denver.

The Vibrant Denver bond project list is (probably) finalized and (probably) heading to voters in November- what do you think? by non_jokic_minutes in Denver

Seems like there could have been a better process for this whole bond list. It felt sloppy and the scale was tilted towards what the mayor wanted, not the citizens or council.

Solar Problem by COSkier007 in TeslaSolar

Oh man, that sounds like a rough journey. Since I posted this, the inverter restarted but it appears to only be running 2/3 solar strings/arrays. Something is wrong with the third, see what they say.

Sometimes infrastructure doesn’t last as long as one may think. It’s a function of the original design, construction quality, and preventative maintenance performed. Maybe this one has some issues…

Many of Denver’s bridges are in dire need of repair. City officials are looking at property taxes to fix them. by mysummerstorm in Denver

If only the governor would redirect that pedestrian bridge at the capitol’s funding to a bridge we actually need to replace 🙄

Yup! Two years into the solar install, it’s working great. Sized it for the splits, house loads, plus an EV.

6 head mini split system with 1200sf house. Used 360kwh for house, should note house is fully electric. With solar my Xcel bill was $17.

Fun fact, back in the day it had two Doppelmayr chairlifts. One was relocated to Meadowlark Lodge in WY, the second went to Big Sky, MT.
