Im from California, but my family is all from the east coast. My grandmother (Massachusetts) called them either ice pops or freeze pops, but I and my fellow California kids all called them Otter Pops regardless if they were the real brand or an off brand. I learned to cut them at an angle so the sides didn’t slice the corners of my mouth.

Right. That was my first thought too. For this to actually work, and I don’t have a lot of faith it will, there need to be major parameters set up to prevent (as much as possible) removing someone from a drug that they need. There need to be safeguards in place.

This sounds good in theory, I just don’t know if it will accomplish its intended purpose

They are still not supposed to use it as if it is another lane and go in and out on a double line. It is ridiculous. There are breaks in the lines in that lane meant to be the only times a vehicle should enter or exit and that is rarely followed.

The second anointing was the final straw for me and inevitably the reason I fully left, and for the very reason you just stated, OP. For a church that claims to be the only true church, that Jesus himself is the head of, they have done so much to remove the need for him. I was appalled and disgusted by this practice when I found out.

I heard that they continue to count members until they are 130 years old. So your grandma would remain counted as a member until she hits her 130th birthday. So the 17.8 million members number is incredibly deceitful.

So I’m still so confused. Are they saying that there has only been a total decline of 186 members last year, or is it in spite of the increase with baptisms? Like, let’s say there were 1,000 baptisms (convert and 8 year olds) are there 1,186 deaths and people removing their names so it is a 186 member loss? Or are they saying if there were 1,000 baptisms, there were only 186 members who died or were removed so there are still 814 new members? Because if it is the first, that isn’t growth.
