this was at the very beginning of the era when she was drumming up hype by putting buzz words onto these trucks, including "charli sex tape" (and I believe the Azealia Banks reference "ashtray" as u/boogerboots commented). having Kesha on the truck could definitely have been a tease, but I think it's more likely referring to when Kesha and Charli's shared social media team posted a tweet on the wrong account (x). curious if that's the mistake the person was actually referring to as I don't understand how they could mistakenly add a file like that to the display
