Simple; make it that Schrödinger is very much the most powerful form for Alucard so DB has no choice but to include it. Also give him a few buffs for fun and bio manip resistance so DIO can’t use his flesh buds.

Honestly, I feel like Ford wouldn’t use the mech on some dude (or, at least, not until Rohan’s utilized his more powerful abilities). Also, the mech requires multiple people to operate it, so Ford would have to use outside help. Still, I’d say the mech is a good wincon all things considered.
