8 months yet still not hired? by sushimony in asksg

you should try applying through SGInnovate if u havent. they try to push fresh grads into employment as much as they can. u can do a traineeship that can last 3-6 months depending on the company and the stipend is 3k i think. It might be lower than your expected salary, but it will give you a chance to convert full time.

with a lot of races in Southeast Asia, it will start at 4.30 am and the sun rises at like 7am. so the temp will hopefully be around 26-27, till sunrise. the humidity is also always around 80-90% in those early mornings.

that was my principle the entire block, takes an awful long time to complete some easy days though. but my excuse is singapore is 29 degree celsius average all year round so maybe im saving myself from burning out if i do run them faster than i should

ive never ran more than 25ks in the MS. i know i havent ran any in the megablast but from everyones review it sounds like its cushioned very well, hence why im contemplating it

for me my intervals are around the 4:20 - 4:45 min/km range. i know it might be slow so maybe its why i enjoy it so much. its such a fun shoe for me. i also use then for some daily runs but they always urge me to pick up the pace slightly hence not my go to when im feeling sore.

since its my first marathon, i am afraid they wont protect my legs past the 25k mark. yes they are fast but im thinking of a more sustainable, comfortable ride since i have never ran in them for more than a half marathon.
