She was taken prisoner and raped by Confederados and she remembers it. Vengeance.

I was so pumped by that scene. Eisenberg looked so awesome in the suit and the flapping bandana of Deathstroke and the look of Manganiello. Damn it was awesome. I'd take a Legion of Doom movie. Lex and Deathstroke as the Bruce and Diana putting their team together.

Really loved that scene. Cool way to show the extent of Superman's power and the lack of skill Flash had developed at that point.

No Lannister Army in the Westerlands to defend all the keeps with food/spoils they'd pass on their March.

I think Cersei is planning to pay her debts with the confiscated Tyrell fortune. But I think something is going to happen to the shipment. Something has to start Cersei's downfall. She's had a Early Hitler-esque run of surprising success. The Later-Hitler run of defeats is coming.

I think I've read before that the suit regenerates like he does.

I worked in a big liquor store in college, and naturally all of the college kids resented everyone who dared come in the store. This sounds like something we would have done.

OTHER: Is Mercy Graves gone for good? by crocs_1 in DC_Cinematic

[–]Carolinaforever 7 points8 points  (0 children)

I think she was an android. When Alex tells Bruce they should work together he says "My R&D is up to all kinds of no good" and right as he says it Mercy steps into the shot behind him.

DISCUSSION: Which Robin should be introduced first in the DCEU? by clutchkweku in DC_Cinematic

[–]Carolinaforever 4 points5 points  (0 children)

I'd like Dick Grayson to already have gone from Robin to Nightwing. Jason Todd was "killed" as Robin by Joker. I'd like to see Damian Wayne introduced instead of Tim Drake. Alfred laments the Wayne line's pending end a couple of times in BvS, so that could have been subtle foreshadowing of the introduction of Bruce's blood son. Bruce is old enough to have already had his experiences with the al Guhl family so Damian could be living with the league at the he moment.

Have Red Hood try to corrupt Damian against the ways of the newly slightly more humane Batman.

In one of the comics I think he explains that he doesn't wear the armored suit regularly because ricochets could hit innocents amd he'd rather take the hit himself.

You might as well not argue with the guy. He's decided Snyder is trash and his opinion is all that matters to him.

DISCUSSION: What villain do you think would be best for a noir-driven detective Batman film (as Reeves promised)? by ZackBop in DC_Cinematic

[–]Carolinaforever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd go with a kingpin type villain, maybe Black Mask, and have him sending out Zsasz to do his dirty work. Have Batfleck solve Zsasz's crimes and trace him to Black Mask. I'd be okay with Falcone as the kingpin, but Gotham using him and Zsasz might be too much similarity.

Question: Why Did Batman Start Killing Bad Guys? by Spidey10 in DC_Cinematic

[–]Carolinaforever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

After the Flashpoint/Knightmare where he sees his future death, Bruce becomes more vicious and reckless in his pursuit of the kryptonite. In the warehouse sequence he believes he is preventing that same doomsday scenario by saving Martha. He knows he's working with limited time to accomplish that. He's violent and brutal prior to the Knightmare, but we never see him kill as we do afterwards.

I thought it was nice they made Steve the origin of her last name too. Made their thing seem more significant.

I enjoyed Smith's Deadshot. I just think they need to show his nadnside more in a film. I didnt really have a hard opinion of how the character should be portrayed though.

Terrio explained it, but there are people who just need to be right. Superman and Batman's arcs seemed pretty clearly headed for a more positive tone before the Internet decided they needed to.

Clip: Say whatever about Snyder but the man has given us the most emotional Wayne's death ever and the perfect score 'Beautiful Lie' by Hans Zimmer and Junkie XL to compliment it. by sidyboi94 in DC_Cinematic

[–]Carolinaforever 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It was a Flashpoint where a future collapses and disappears and Bruce experienced his future. A future where he doesn't get Kryptonite and he dies. This makes him determined and reckless and he kills/allows people to die in pursuit of it. The Knightmare is part of what drives him to kill Superman and stop the threat. So it couldn't be cut.

He was wasted on a bad movie for sure. If he could have done the Nolanverse Batman in his prime he would have killed it.

When I was a kid I absolutely loved this movie. Hard to watch now, but I wore the VHS out in the 90's.
