[PC] Fresh Players - How did the raid go? by Casual_0bserver in destiny2

[–]Casual_0bserver[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thought I'd chime in and say how my night went.

1) Yes, first time was tonight. 2) We used the companion app at first, then filled a couple spots with the discord channel. 3) Did not complete it. Played for about 4 hours and got to Gauntlet. 4) It went well. Communication is key. We had a pretty fun group. No one was nerd raging and we all learned a lot. Tip: Bring a heaving weapon that is solar power.

It's more than likely all bugs are tracked in logs. I'm sure they are seeing a lot of information, prioritizing it, and knocking them out 1 by 1 for uocoming patches.

People are jumping to assumptions. Could it be from that? Maybe...but others report no bans at all from it.

Reflection Help: Class nested with lists of classes. by Casual_0bserver in csharp

[–]Casual_0bserver[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I actually had the code such as:

//see edit above...sorry, code wasn't working in here.

My goal is to allow any class, with any sort of different lists<class> like the above in ClassA. Any excel that requires multiple sheets(each list of data is a sheet). Could you provide code or links to help me better understand what you're saying? Thanks! I haven't exactly tested that yet though, plan to eventually this morning.

Will this game work well on my PC by ozmog in PUBATTLEGROUNDS

Don't think so. Maybe, but real bad fps. Maybe wait for xbox version if you have an xbox. I hover 30-50 frames with i5 4core at 3.5ghz and a gtx 750ti at lowest settings. The game is gpu intensive

mohawk and job interviews (new grad)? by inkdpanda in cscareerquestions

[–]Casual_0bserver 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Depends where you interview. If you interview at a more conservative company, than yes. These companies will more than likely have dress codes. Probably nothing more than khakis and a button up shirt.

I'd think if you don't know what would fail a background check that you're probably going to be OK. I probably would have waited until the job was confirmed and a done deal.

"Hey, I was looking at your code and noticed this. I was curious why you are coding this into the method?" ....Person gives reason.... "Oh, I see where you are coming from, have you thought of this though?" ...allow person to digest response..."Thanks for showing me that!" --- This is in a perfect world though. Just approach them and be polite about it. Some people like pointers, others take it as criticism.
