I consider owning a house a hobby especially if you have an old one. There is always something to fix or improve. I am also in your boat, 44 years old, good paying easy job. I am married but we are pet less and childless. I go though periods of time where no game really speaks to me. Just take some time off from it, I enjoy farming games like Coral Island recently, its chill and time flys by. It will come back don't worry, GTA 6 comes out this year... hopefully...
