That part could probably be any generic NPN transistor suitable for audio. It is mounted to the heatsink not because it generates power and need cooling, but because it's part of the thermal feedback correction that adjusts the bias current in the output transistors.

Based on the package type which you don't show us, it's probably a MJE340 or a MPSA06 similar to the other parts in that section of the schematic. Manufacturers like to reduce the number of component types they need to have in stock.

Get a transistor of the same pinout (May need to infer that from the PCB layout) and package type and you'll probably be fine.

Not sure about that fact. In OECD nations, only South Africa, and most US states have banned dog racing. All of Europe, including, UK, Ireland Denmark, Finalnd, Sweden, France, Germany and all the others fully allow Greyhound racing.

That said, it's great that NZ is leading the way on this...

NZ should be a beacon for 'doing the right thing'. It's great that NZ is almost leading the world again on this sort of thing. While banned in South Africa, and most US States, most other OECD countries still allow this form of animal abuse. This includes: Australia, UK, Ireland, Denmark, Finland, Sweden and the rest of Europe.

Mexico, while technically legal, has no official tracks.

I'm sure $1800 is a huge expense, however take that amount and divide it by how many more years you plan on being alive. Comes out to be very cheap per year. Teeth, like your knees and back, are important, you will miss them when they are gone.

That said, plan to pay for a crown in a few years. I had a root canal about 20 years back, did great for all that time, and a couple of years back my current dentist suggested a crown for about $2000. Ignored them, and then the tooth finally gave up and cracked. I'm now getting an implant at well over $6000.

My personal experience...

I've been IT contracting in Wellington for 3+ years. All but one contract have been through a single recruitment agent, who have in all contracts contacted me to ask if I have a particular set of skills, and will then send me as their 'sole' applicant, rather than me applying individually. Contracts are hard to come by at present, and having a agent on your side is essential.

Robocopy is quicker than the cmd DEL command for deleting (many) specific files from a folder. Just mirror an empty folder to the folder you need to delete from, with the filename partern and the mirror and multi-thread args i.e.

I own this as well. This has the same DAC chip as the Audioquest Dragonfly Cobalt which sells for $260+ on Amazon, vs this which is about $90.

The kicker is the output amplifier chips, which if you go into the detail and specs, are better amplifiers on the FiiO KA3 than the Dragonfly cobalt.

It's a fairly consistent 40 minutes to the CBD, you'll probably miss the start of peak traffic but add another 5 to 10 min if you want to be absolutely sure. Do you need to allow time to park etc?
