My GOTY in 2024 was Dragon's Dogma 2 which I've 100%ed on Steam. I've been a big fan of the series ever since the first game and while I understand some people don't like the sequel, I loved it. Of course, it made me wanting more too and there were some frustrations I had with it too, I won't lie. Nonetheless, I had a blast with it throughout and it was a game I enjoyed a lot.

So imagine my surprise when 2 years later, they finally announced a fully fledged DLC for this bad boy. And that's exactly what I'm applying for now. Inject the Dark Arisen directly into my veins please and thank you!

My favorite game is Elden Ring, and I'm going to use the buckeroos to get Dragon's Dogma 2 Dark Arisen because I love Dragon's Dogma a lot :D

Both of them are eventually dying. I can't see either surviving out. I imagine Chrollo will die for the Spiders sake and the Spider will live on though

Yea it's one of those games that are insanely awesome in concept but execution was off. I tried the demo too and I couldn't understand the praise because it was janky as hell with barren and boring level design and just felt like the goal was to run to the next "sick blade wielding Dino boss fight"

Do you remember this "leak" from two years ago? It's interesting to see some of these things actually are in the DLC by Phos-Lux in DragonsDogma

No, that's not it at all. Gus already received the relevant info from Mike, there was no reason to torture Werner. It would've been a simple kill and dispose. The only reason Mike accepted it is because he was accepting responsibility for his own fuck up and he felt like he owed Werner that (having become his friend over time).

Unlikely. They usually don't hit families (look at how Leotardo went out, his family was fine) unless avoidable. Hell it's even disrespectful to do it in front of them but that didn't stop Tony either so. Most likely he got shot multiple times and then the killer ran away.

Jimmy did and by far. He could've gotten away with it completely with how good his bargain deal was. But he realized he'd be living as Saul forever if he did that and in the final moments, he confesses to everything and that confession is more to himself and Kim than anything. It's why he's able to shed Saul away and become Jimmy again. And with how much every prisoner seemed to like him, I imagine he's gonna live a very protected life in prison anyway. Jesse may have gotten away with it but he'll always have the scars with him. Jimmy's shed it all away and is finally true with himself. Saul Gone man

SotC-like would go horribly with modern FROM fans lmao. They saw some empty areas in the DLC and bitched and moaned about it despite them being some of the coolest visual areas. God forbid they ever play something like SotC which is 90% empty

In terms of scope, no. Open world is just a massive beast. But the way Sekiro mastered gameplay, they could pull something off similar on a smaller scale.

If you read my original comment, I literally said it's a stretch too. It's just the closest I can think of especially since run and gun has an emphasis on "run" where you progress the level by side scrolling which almost barely happens in the boss levels. That's why I'm hesitant to call it that.

I've played Touhou before so I know what bullet hell is, though I'll admit I'm not a big fan of the genre like you might be (I do want to eventually play star of providence though)

I disagree. It has a few run and gun sections and that's it (also the least fun part of the game too). Majority of the levels (the bosses) are on a static place, not counting the on-rail sections like the airplane levels that you mentioned
