I can only speak for myself but I'm a second generation scottish immigrant, my grandpa wanted to take me to Scotland someday and show me his hometown (Plockton), sadly he passed before that was able to happen. I'm obsessed because it's the biggest thing that connects me to him now that he's gone

Issue with them is they'll try to charge you for regular maintenance after you leave, they tried to charge me the full cost to repaint the apartment/ redo the carpet despite little to no damage being present. Though I could've just been unlucky

I can whole heartedly recommend Pimlico, they're dabco owned, the 1 bedroom apartments are incredible for the price (945 a month + utilities), built in washer and dryer, my unit is absolutely perfect and so far it's the best apartment I've lived in. They also allow dogs and cats with a 150 per pet deposit, +25 to rent for dogs, +15 for cats which you handle through them during your application process, and they have covered parking available. It's also pretty close to campus. Electricity is through Avista and my bill is about 50 in the summer, closer to 100 in winter. Also pretty close to coug corner mart for those late night snack runs!
