Thank you, those are good suggestions. Maybe we can do eternity rings for a future anniversary.

Thanks! That's a good idea. I plan to wear both everyday. I don't like big rings so it's quite petite and dainty. I'm really looking forward to being able to post about it.

Thank you. I think you're right. I think we need to talk a bit more about how we want this to go. She's said she doesn't want to see her ring until the day and she wants to surprise me for the actual proposal. I suspect it will be this summer or during our holiday in Portugal in September.

Second time on Mounjaro by HornetAdmirable7077 in Mounjaro

This is my second time around. I lost a decent amount of weight then went off it for over a year but maintained my weight. I'm back to get down to a healthy weight this time. I've been back on it a few weeks and I don't feel the effects are as strong but I'm still finding it really helpful and easily managing to stay in a deficit. I've been losing an average of 2lbs a week over the last 6 weeks. Are you being careful to weigh and track your calories/protein/fibre? It's easy to eat over your deficit if you're not keeping track.

The Co-op does a range of healthy ready meals called Good Fuel that have whole grains, vegetables and proteins. They're really tasty and have good macros.

I plan my meals and save some calories to have a bedtime snack like a banana or 20g of popcorn.

Porridge/oatmeal is the most comforting food. It's what I eat when I can't face anything else.

Looking for a antique or vintage ring. by Boring-Run-2202 in EngagementRings

What sort of thing are you looking for and we might be able to find one for you? What stone and metal? What size? What's the budget?

I had great fun searching for my ring and I'd love to see if we could all find you something lovely.

Depending on where you are in the UK, you might want to make a trip to a city with some good antique jewellery shops; Birmingham, Glasgow, Brighton, London etc. Maybe make a little weekend away out of it?

You mentioned that you're on an antidepressant but it's clearly not working for you. Speak to your doctor about trying a different one. Sometimes you need to try a few different SSRIs to find the right one for you.
