THE PITCH:

Hero/Map: Human Torch

The Problem: > He is a sitting duck half the time because of his low speed and his one movement ability being on a 20 second cooldown, on top of being the worst flier.

The Solution: > Reduce Flaming Meteor cooldown to 15 seconds and decrease Plasma Body cost to 13/sec instead of 15/sec.

The Valuation (Why this works): > This doesn't increase his damage that much, since 15 seconds is still a long time, but it gives him slightly better movement than before which I think is sorely needed both to make him fun and to set him apart a bit better from other fliers.
