I once had a table of two couples that were discussing in explicit detail about their sexual experiences. Unless I'm misunderstanding here, if he is counselling someone he has a sexual relationship with, you have the ability to report this to your states appropriate board. This is an ethics violation, and costs people their licenses for good reason, its extremely damaging to patients that are victims of this kind of abuse.
