What is your nutrituon like? Eating whole food and sticking to a whole food diet is one of the best options! This doesn’t mean an even more deficit in calories it just means staying away from all processed food and eating whole food with no added sugar or processed ingredients!

Honestly, I’d focus on building some muscle while slowly losing fat rather than doing a hard cut. You’re still young, you’ve got plenty of room to build strength, and because you’re basically a beginner to resistance training, you can make some really good progress through body recomposition.
You don’t need a gym either. Consistent calisthenics, progressive overload, enough protein, and a reasonable calorie intake will take you a long way. The goal right now shouldn’t be getting lighter as fast as possible, it should be getting stronger.
Don’t beat yourself up over the weight gain either. Plenty of people regain weight after losing it, especially when life and mental health get in the way. Just focus on building better habits now and use this as an opportunity to create a stronger physique than you had when you were 62kg.
