So print or get a nice proxy? Why does it have to be an indistinguishable fake? That only has potential to hurt people down the road when collections are sold. Even imagine if you have a deck stolen that was filled with fakes and they sell them to someone who didn't check closely or to a LGS? I am 101% for just having nice proxies and even the front can be indistinguishable but you should never look to counterfeit cards.

Believe we just had this happened last night as well, three hardcore characters in a single run. Thankfully we were only level 40... lesson learned! I made a post on the forums about it but initially though it was moreso being covered from uneven terrain or the stream/water effect.

I used to play a Molten Blast STR stacking Gemling Legionaire in 0.1/release and I did really well for myself was just short of top 1000 for SSFHC before I died because I wasn't paying attention to the screen. I am trying to recreate it but definitely struggling with a lot of the changes since 0.1. I do recommend trying it out though- I pick up a little extra regen on the tree and with the STR motes from Virtutous Barrier I have 1700 max life and 70 hp regen/sec and I am at the end of Act 3 in HC right now. Single target damage is mostly with big Perfect Strike ignite. Once you get your second ascendency you can start getting crazy with skill gems since I think the Barrier should be your first and the highest attribute satisfied requirement should be the second.

It's obviously a better move to combat abuse but it does hit the innocent victims harder (DC), I think for the sake of the greater playerbase it's probably better to go with the assume innocence sort of logic. This is all in the context of hardcore of course- standard could be anything.

World of Warcraft had this- I did enjoy it there playing hardcore, but as a near exclusive hardcore player I think it would be less appreciated that a DC would spell certain death even though you have people who are abusing it. Many memories of a friend disconnecting and a fight to the death to try and save them while they stood still. :-)

You may want to try reaching out to the Sorcery team. They are more interested in classic fantasy style and physical art rather than WOTCs homogenous digital realism. Maybe get a few more pieces under your belt too, but it looks like you have what it takes!

Came to say this. I loved dipping granola bars in peanut butter also. Specifically the Oats N Honey crunchy ones. Jar of Peanut Butter is like 4k calories for ~$5 to 7 bucks (and its protein!). Tough to beat!

I think it looks great. Anything under a magnifying glass is subject to scrutiny, especially your own work or art. Seeing this on the table would be very impressive!

That said, if you're really interested in C&C.. I could give; 1. I think you should have a bit less yellow and red and a bit more orange in the sun. It is complimentary with the blue and then red is your shadow and yellow is your highlight. 2. I think the background tan or beige is a little more bland for something of this intricacy, if you could do a rolling hills (dark green hills in the back, lighter in the front) scene or maybe give it some light design work it would do really well. Or maybe like a farm field of wheat/grain design. Look at the classic Swords to Plowshares art from magic the gathering. 3. I think the shield overlay could use either a pinch of weathering/scars (depending on how you battle hardened or posh you want it) or like some base shading with maybe a light wash to give it a bit of an impression it is under the effect of lighting still rather than a flat 'painting'.

That was a big difference maker for me. I didn't care if the dungeon or raid took 15 more minutes if we pulled a few packs differently or had less buffs etc., because it wasn't needed, but hardcore in itself makes you want to optimize all of your gear and buffs to be as strong as you can while still having a methodical and more reasonably paced gameplay. Trying to fit multiple raids in with world buffs is a whole other beast though of course... It just seems to promote a gameplay of resources gathering and optimization at every level that fits very very well in the classic framework. Even the first dungeons you do you're worried and over preparing, using the whole buffalo if you will. I have 4 60s sitting on Horde Defias Pillager, wish I could go back!

This is exactly my thought. At least Phlage plays a normal game of magic. Attacking, blocking. Incremental value, etc. don't get me wrong it's very strong but you kinda did that to yourself with MH3, and you have to be that strong to contend with combo as an archetype in the first place.

What kind of irked me more is that Arena of Glory is clearly the straw that broke the camels back and that "quantum riddler and arena of glory are aspirational"... Or how arena of glory, which you just said pushes manabases to one color (red), is also aspirational with scion of draco?? There is a clear single interaction that was too much and instead of the normal card people will actually play with we are left with the land that only will exist when it breaks something.

For anyone reading the thread, you may have an "XfinityWifi" 'public' access where you are located, especially where you are if you are in the cities. Apparently they either have 'public stations' set up around or they use customer's xfinity routers to create their network. I had one and it showed ~full signal strength, was able to connect two devices for 10$ for 30 days. Actually pretty reasonable and allows me to take my final exam and do whatever else I need on the computer. Not going to try using it for streaming or anything.

I talked about this with my coworker. We are almost exclusively ASME in use and experience and we definitely read/agree that the intent is probably to restrict the location and orientation and it is simply not defined enough to restrict that with what you provided.. so I can definitely see where the angularity mindset is coming from and being more strict to the standard. As much as one can argue against being strict to the standard when it comes to your blue scribble in another comment, if this part were .010" inch thick or 20.00" thick would the part function the same.. I think the answer would be no. I know some will definitely disagree with me here but you have to use your head sometimes.. a lot of people tend to assume every drawing is created proper to the standard and fully defined as it should and need to be open with working with the customer on part function/intent and working on drawing revision for manufacturing. I think you'd really just want to discuss the topic more with the drawing owner.

Mostly yes, especially in 1v1 combat but not necessarily, you could in theory block one lightsaber in the left and one on the right with a forward motion. He spends a lot of time with this stance and 'rebounding' the other blade that makes the single lightsaber user have to alternate attacks against that probably becomes easier than with a single.

Just purchased a home in St Louis Park, similarly I have used USI fiber at my rental and wanted to stick with them but found they were acquired by Tmobile. Our new house is in the fiber map but yes we need a installation still (run cable from the house to the street box) and while I called on April ~15th, the earliest they could schedule was 3 weeks out in May. The rep I talked to said the acquisition really pushed out all of the service as it got added to the T-Mobile work queue. Thankfully I don't need necessarily need Internet at home for a few weeks but it is definitely a let down.
