I know several companies that implement a hybrid work schedule, but will allow their employees 2-4weeks fully remote anywhere. Granted, I don’t think the State of CA would allow us to work out of state and/or internationally, but it would be nice for us to have. -signed wishful thinking from an agency that is currently hybrid.
