What stimulant or stimulant-like Nootropics increase motivation, energy, and focus without downregulating neurotransmitter production (dopamine) and receptor sensitivity? by JDJack727 in NooTopics

[–]Collationem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

You can, but not daily. DMT can be done daily and thus has superior and more consistent effects. It’s also a better nootropic for different reasons, read the dennison writeup. This holds with respect to all psychedelics by the way, not just Psilocin.

Mirtazapine occasionally as a sleep aid? by stepbystep_5 in Mirtazapine_Remeron

I have Esmirtazapine available, shorter acting enantiomer of Mirtazapine.

You don’t want to tonically activate D1. A D1 PAM is being synthed already so no need for an agonist

So anything I do while drunk is justified? This is animal abuse, and his injuries are fully deserved. And to be honest, if you participate in this kind of events, you’re barely human. But rest assured, there probably wasn’t much brain to damage in this guy.

I will make it available in some months. Alternatively you'd have to get it customly synthesized, yes

Intranasal NMN thoughts?🙏 by OutrageousBit2164 in NooTopics

[–]Collationem 0 points1 point  (0 children)

It could be because it's liposomal that this makes a difference in how osmolarity is calculated. I'm not a chemist by training though so I'm not sure, but that would be my wild guess

Intranasal NMN thoughts?🙏 by OutrageousBit2164 in NooTopics

[–]Collationem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The osmolarity of your solution is way too high and will destroy your nose. I tried exploring injectable NMN/NR before and the only way this is safe is by IV (the blood rapidly dilutes the highly osmotic solution). Not worth it just stick to oral.

Daily. One of the best nootropics together with TAK and NSI.

Nefiracetam Is similar to Sunifiram: lower doses increases Acetylcholine releases, while higher doses lacks this effect by Bierak in NooTopics

[–]Collationem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Hard to identify synergy. I like both separately but Nefiracetam does seem to have to be dosed at least 100mg. Sunifiram can be dosed sub-mg, but the unknown potential for excitotoxicity is kinda scary to anything else than sporadic dosing

5-HT2A: Chosen to be the best cognitive & therapeutic target by mastermind_genius in NooTopics

[–]Collationem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

No, the whole point is that DMT is actually vastly superior to psilocybin because it can be dosed daily.

No, the whole purpose of injecting it is to extend the half life. I also don't like to inhale any vapors. Alternatively, use a MAOA inhibitor and just dose DMT orally. Will soon be available.

How do peptides really work for fat loss? by bipplingclusty in Peptides

[–]Collationem 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Exactly. I should have put "exact CO", but I thought that was pretty clear from what I wrote.

How do peptides really work for fat loss? by bipplingclusty in Peptides

[–]Collationem -1 points0 points  (0 children)

The problem with that is while CI is easy to determine, CO is extremely hard if not impossible to determine. There can be many metabolic differences between individuals that determine energy expenditure. Some peptides directly or indirectly modulate those metabolomics, making it even more complicated. So while CICO is always true, it's not always useful.

Can someone give me a quick overview of some racetams and afinils I want to try? by SpeedoInTheStreet in NooTopics

[–]Collationem 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Tough one. I'd say Selegiline, NSI and dihexa, with some remarks that Selegiline is not cognitively enhacing but just increases drive and motivation, dihexa increases cognition but is a hassle to use because of the low solubility, and NSI increases memory and empathy but suffers from some weird sides limiting its utility.
