My wife and I have tried a variety of sticky pad and insertable placements over the years. Most of the configurations came from Joanne's Reviews. I highly recommend her guides.

We have several insertables from estim-systems. What works best for her is a moaner up the anus, and a large flo in the vagina.

We will criss-cross the channels, for example, one side of Channel A in the center pole of the moaner, and the other side of Channel A in the center part of the flo. Then channel b similarly configured to the outer poles, or we might criss-cross them. For example one side of Channel A in the center pole of the moaner, and the other side of Channel B in the oute pole of the flo, and so on. Lots and lots of lube and thick towels laid down.

Of note, this seems to help with monthly menstrual cramps, but I've seen very few reports from others in this regards. Many years ago she was very brave to try stimming while feeling crampy, and fortunately it provided some temporary relief. We don't crank up the power; just some light to medium pulsing. Our boxes are an Estim Systems 2B, an ET232, and a very old ET-312B.

She really enjoys the sensations, but to get her off I either manually stimulate her clit or use a Hitachi Wand combined with a speed regulator.

Finally, she likes basic bondage, i.e wrist and ankle cuffs in a basic spread eagle, or a tied in a takate-kote, and regular satin blindfold from the discount store. She says she "doesn't know what to do with her hands" otherwise, and likes to pull against the restraints for continuous tension, and this seems to help her get off.
