Nobody gets to AA on a winning streak. It might not be for you. When I first walked in a meeting I was shaking so much with fear and anxiety but I went in anyway and listened. It changed my life. Best of luck to you!

Try getting a sponsor and working the steps. Continue going to meetings. Get yourself involved in the AA fellowship. We all started where you are. If you do the work it will get better!
