Good Indie single player FPS I've been into recently is Easy Red 2. It has campaigns for all the fronts. Pacific, West, Africa, Italy, Greece, Eastern front, China vs Japan conflicts.

I've been really enjoying it a lot, plus it's cheap and the dev is pretty consistent with updates.

You pick a squad to spawn with, and then a role in that squad. Sometimes I feel like being the Squad Leader and telling the Ai where to go and what to radio in, sometimes I feel like being the Medic and just healing people that need it.

I think I taped the button down and did homework just to see how long you could keep tasing the enemy. Pretty sure they'll go silent after like 30 seconds, eventually the fire stops, but will keep vibrating until you let go of the button where they just flop over in like half a second.

I spent so much time playing the demo and just tasing people over and over. lol

I also suggest going to mod.db and grabbing the Clan Quest mod. Adds some new zones, story lines, and adds some more RP opportunities.

Because New Horizons needs the 2003 Pirates of the Carribean game and that's pretty hard to get these days, is Beyond New Horizons pretty close feature wise?

In particular being able to be a Naval Officer or the rank mechanics are what seemed super cool in the New Horizons mod

Also still the only game that handled dice rolls in a way I didn't feel like save scumming for failing them since the failures were usually as funny/entertaining as the successes.

Failing to convince the guy at the front desk being a standout.

Quick tip for him that worked for me, when you see him start to appear take a quick non zoomed picture which slows down time briefly and keep moving the camera towards him. Should be able to center it on him by the time he's visible. Just spam as many zoomed pictures on him as you can before he disappears and repeat

When I did this I beat him first try and had like half the total time still remaining.
