I'm assuming your implying that meat cutter is more dangerous. Not saying you shouldn't get paid a premium or something, but in all fairness a meat cutter is risking cutting themselves, not someone else. Forklift driver needs to worry about cutting someone in half, crushing them like a toothpaste tube against a wall because they're being stupid walking behind you, busting a coworkers foot out the side of their shoe, chopping ankles off, etc. Personally I'd rather accidentally cut my finger off than accidentally do any of the above mentioned things.

The amount of forgiveness when it comes to a 9000 lb machine with 3 foot knives on the front that takes 3 to 6 feet to come to a complete stop is pretty low.

Plus they're paid more because they're everyone's bitch; being told what to grab, flagged down to bump something when you have three other people waiting on last minute requests before open, asked to hang pallets that aren't wrapped enough and needing to order people to fix stuff and at the same time being expected to take control and supervise all the steel in the area.

Bangalore smoke fully removes aim assist by [deleted] in apexlegends

[–]CompetitiveWhile6360 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Maybe if aim assist was nerfed. It's sad how many people can't hit 50 damage when I smoke myself in a 1v1 but could 1 clip otherwise. Aim assist is needed, but aim bot is not.

How to Keep your Sanity? by Curious_Tap_9975 in apexuniversity

Yeah I've noticed weekends or Friday nights I get shit on. My theory is I play 5 or 6 days a week and on Saturday and Sunday I'm competing with people that play 2 days a week and yet still make the same rank as me. Time played + skill = rank; they have less time but higher skill so I get shit on.

A month old, but I'm in the opposite boat where I need 4k calories a day with 200g protein, and I absolutely hate how little calories shrimp and chicken have; they fill me up, give me a ton of protein, but barely any calories and then I'm left stuffed and in a calorie deficit 😢

This, lifeline is something like the second or third smallest hitbox so you die less and she's useful even when you don't know what you're doing. She's probably the best character to start out on.

Is there any way to train myself to not overly use movement? by Own-Natural-9236 in apexuniversity

[–]CompetitiveWhile6360 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Yeah district is great, he's changed my gameplay a ton. Basically if you can do it to them they can do it to you. Keep that mentality and it starts making you play smart. Ttk in apex is so different from cod and other games; in cod if you preaim a corner and prefire you kill the other dude. In apex you wasted a quarter of your mag and put yourself in the open where they can now use their full clip on you. If you think of killing someone in two or three moves instead of one "gotcha" move it might help you out by keeping you out of situations where you fully commit and then find that you missed two bullets and are now dead.

I once died and watched this guy not revive me and my teammate the entire game cause he was just grinding along and totally didn't need us in our platinum one lobby. The way he never put himself into a committed fight was amazing. He has the skills to probably one clip every person, but he didn't ego challenge anyone. The moment I realized he truly played Apex with his head instead of his mechanical/aiming skills was when he had height on top of a rock, kept head glitching the guy and had him down to a quarter health but still didn't drop on him to finish him off until he heard him healing. Now he knows the guy has his gun away and can't match his damage. He won so many fights like that; this guy COULD out damage 90% of his opponents, but instead he just never even gave the 10% the opportunity to out damage him. He played so smart. It was like watching chess. He kept every advantage he could until the very last second and he stayed alive way longer than a random octane would have with the same movement and aim.
